Delivery

Postage is by recorded & tracked mail, worldwide.
All orders will be carefully rolled in large protective tubes (jumbo sized diameter) or packed in a thick and sturdy backed flat packet depending on the item and size.
Generally your art will be sent out within 5 days of ordering, but please allow 7 - 28 days for arrival, depending on individual country’s postal systems.

I will send you a tracking number from the delivery service provider.

As such, if delivery associated issues occur, especially at busy times of year, eg the holiday season in December, it would be down to the delivery provider, not to me.

Exchanges & Refunds

I understand it's a big decision to buy an artwork online without seeing it in real life!
So, for your peace of mind, if you aren't happy with the artwork when it arrives, get in touch by email within two days of it's arrival to let me know what is wrong.

It can be sent back in all it's original packaging for protection, and I will be happy to organise an exchange or refund.
